Ethical recruitment, stated plainly

International healthcare recruitment has a reputation problem. Our answer is to be specific about how we work, and about what we will never ask of you.

Overview

What ethical recruitment means to us

International healthcare professionals are among the most frequently exploited groups in global recruitment. Unexpected charges, contracts that differ from what was discussed, and pressure to commit before the facts are clear are all common experiences, and they are the reason many capable professionals never make the move at all.

Britwington Consultancy UK Ltd provides ethical recruitment services. In practice that means the commitments below are not aspirations we work towards; they are conditions of how we operate, and you are entitled to hold us to every one of them.

What you'll need

Have these ready and the process moves considerably faster.

  • A willingness to share accurate information about your qualifications and experience
  • Questions, as many as you need answered before you commit to anything

How we help

What working with us on ethical recruitment looks like

Transparency before commitment

You get the full picture (role, employer, location, terms and process) before you are asked to decide anything.

Honest assessment of your prospects

If your qualification or experience makes a route difficult, we tell you that at the outset rather than after you have invested time and money.

No pressure, no artificial deadlines

Relocating is a life decision. We will not manufacture urgency to push you toward a placement that is not right for you.

Your documents stay yours

We never retain your passport or original certificates. You keep your documents, and you can end our engagement at any point.

The process

Every stage, in the order it needs to happen

Each step depends on the one before it. Knowing the sequence in advance is what keeps an application from stalling.

  • 01

We tell you what we can and cannot do

An honest opening conversation about your profession, your qualification and the realistic routes available to you.

  • 02

    You see the full terms

Role, employer, location, contract terms and the process ahead, set out before you are asked to commit to anything.

  • 03

You decide at your own pace

You are free to take advice, compare options, or step away. No deposits, no lock-ins, no pressure.

  • 04

    We stay accountable after placement

Our responsibility does not end at the offer letter. If something does not match what was described, we want to hear about it.

Questions

Ethical Recruitment: common questions

If your question isn't answered here, ask us directly. We'd rather give you a straight answer than have you guess.

Ask us the hard questions

If you have been let down by a recruiter before, tell us what went wrong. We would rather earn your trust than assume it.
